I think that they can only tell if you're positive for marijuana only if they are testing for drugs in your blood stream.  I think that is a different test all together than specifically testing for Hep B.

Jen is right.  They will only see the marijuana if they do a drug panel test.

However, if you know you are going to have the test, the Dr. can indeed order a drug panel test...just in general blood work w/o even telling you.

If you are worried.. then just stop for a bit.

I know the pot today is a huge bunch different than it used to be ... I am a child of the late 60's and 70's.  But used to smoke every day... Just stopped one day and never went back...it's been 15 years... Can't say that I ever went through w/d from it...but back in those days.. the pot wasn't as strong as it is now.  Not laced like it is now.

Good Luck

It will take a good 3-4 weeks for the marijuana to get out of your system.  If you are worried about the doctor knowing, I don't think they really care.  They will probably give you a lecture about it.  I used to smoke a lot of weed too, but then after a while, it started making me feel dizzy and anxious, so I quit.  My husband smokes daily, so once in a while I will take a hit or two, just because.
