Bupropion(zyban/Wellbutrin) and chest tightness

I got perscribed Buropion 150mg for smoking, The doc also figured it may help with some depression in general and depressive feelings from quiting smoking. Its only the 4th day and Ive had some chest tightness and some aching. This lead me to a couple panic attacks which I got control of on the 2nd day when I realized what was going on. But I dont understand this chest tightness and aching. No erratic heart-rate or high blood pressure. Doesnt feel like lung issues cause on deep breaths it doesnt hurt more. Anyone else experienced this kinda of side effect with this stuff? Are these normal for starting this stuff?

Do not know any thing about the drugs, you could rule out your Lungs with a
stephosocpe and someone you knows how to use it. Process of elimanation. Breathiing is serious so take that way.
