CANNOT SIT STILL-GOING CRAZY

As you all know I started over again yesterday. Well I stuck to those 2 for the day. Now this morning only took a half. BUT..I just can't seem to sit still! Legs are going a mile a minute...and feel like I want to jump out of my skin. This hasn't even been 24 hours w/o anything or anything major. Just a taper. This going to get worse??

Going to try and do something...I have no idea what. I can't even sit long enough to be here on the computer..I am so antsy!!! ANd it is making me irritable as all hell.  grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I too had the same problem,but became two dehydrated, walking in cicles 4 days and nights, finally stated to lapse out of it  no matter how much water went in came out within 5 minutes.called the doctor, not in this week but oncall dr. said bad idea for me to c/t . was taken 6-10 mscotin and 10 plus percs, they will taper me after surgery or 5 day detox, hopefully i can detox at home   be carefull did not have any valium or sleeping pills was just to much i know people c/t on here alot and react different i alo seemed to go over my rx above monthly please be safe,carefull and hopefully under drs help while detoxing that said this site gave me a start and with everyones help and prayers i will make it after several yrs c/t can be dangerous

Hi there, thanks for your response. Yes, I did see my Dr and he said NO on the c/t. It willmake you ery sick. Well that I knew, LOL. I went 26hours..but gave in. I could not handle it. PLus having kids to raise I cannot say I have the flu for a week and get away with that, LOL.

So yes I agree and wanted to thank you for your response. Good Luck with your endeaveor as well. Sounds to me that you have it all under control. :)

Hey hun. Do you have any anxiety meds that you could take to mellow you out a little bit? If you cant get a script for one, then I suggest trying valerian root or valerian extract. Its over the counter and it works well for anxiety or panic attacks. Atleast I used it last week and it did help me settle down some. I got it at the pharmacy but like I said it is an otc med, and it cost like 8 bucks or around there.
