CHICKEN!!

i realy need help. ive been smoking heroin for 3 years everyday at up to 20-25 times a day. Im only 19yrs old and i realy need 2 get out of this hole but im k_k scared of WD. i was clean for 2 whole days a few months back but then i started again. Subutex doesnt work unless i use 2 or 3 at a time. i realy dont know which way anymre. how can i kick without TOO much WD?

Is it possible to kick without withdrawals? The withdrawals help us remember how awful it was and where our drug use took us. There are things to help us with the w/d's look up the thomas recipe or the amino acid protocol. They're listed on the right hand side of the website. Detoxing under a doctors supervision would be the very best thing to do in my opinion. I don't know if you can do that. You've taken the first step to kicking it. You've admitted that u have to stop. Can you get to a narcotics anonymous meeting where you live at? I wish u well and I'll say a prayer for you. You can do it. Keep coming here & reading & posting

I used heroin just a dz times IV .  I'm not familar with the wds. But there are folks on here that have.  For now you can use the search box to look a the posts , heroin withdrawals. Keep posting and soon someone will be on to help .  

My opinion is ,  you need to check out what is available for rehab.  Go to a NA meeting. If you live in a city or a large town there should be more than one to choose from. Nobody will judge you or narc on you.  Either way people here will help and cheer you on
