I know everything about that and other cough medicines and could tell you every thing and more. I will just tell you that it's the foulest taste of any cough medicine, narcotic or other wise. About how it get's you high.,sorry, this forum isn't an information cental for people who want to get high .

Even if you did try to get high off it, you would most likely end up just puking like crazy due to the guafesin in the syrup.
