I WAS READING A POST AND COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I WAS READING NOT SAYING THAT THAT PERSON IS LYING BUT WOW SHE WROTE THAT SHE SMOKED OC'S NOW I MAY BE DUMB BUT HOW IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU DO THAT NOT THAT I AM GOING TO GO OUT AND DO IT BUT IT BLEW ME AWAY...COULD THAT BE TRUE IF SO WOW DID I SAY WOW

Ive been clean for six months now but when I was involved in oxycontin abuse I usually smoked it off tinfoil...The main reason why is cause it didn't take as long or as much to get you "high"...I regret ever doing so but now that im clean I can help friends who continue to struggle with this ****...

I really don't find this post that funny  (LOL?)     :(   as my daughter had/has a serious oxy addiction.....      it is called railing    just like with heroin.........  the tin foil  with an oxy pill and a lighter, pretty basic with oxy addiction,    gives a faster rush   and  that much more opportunity to OD.       I guess I find it a bid odd that you couldn't "get this" or understand how pills are smoked.........   However I am glad your addcition hasn't or didn't take you to that level or usage for your DOC.

its not as common on the east coast, but its a epidemic on the west coast, especially Washington, Oregon, Cali, Montana, Idaho.. its insane.

u wouldnt belive how peopel will take there doc by mouth, crush it, snort it , shoot it ,

I'm with you Holliee. I've read some strange ways of taking OC's even my kids tell me some weird stuff. Call me old fasioned by I thought the way to take them was by mouth. Then I remember the disease and realize that some go to many lenghths to get their high.

Actually i knew alot of people that smoked them. I personally never tried it, because I was so scared, but I heard that the pill high was much more intense when they would do it that way. Believe me, almost any drug can be swolled, snorted, smoked or injected. Its just crazy!
