He was just eating it in like yogurts and stuff, he never smoked it! but my brother nearly died a few years ago after getting stabbed in a fight with some other guys, it was after this that he started taking it! xxx
Thanks very much its helped a lot! he went to the doctors about it and they gave him medication for anxiety but i read up on it and it didnt sound too good! since he stopped taking the cannabis hes been quite depressed! i hope it doesnt last too long because its really worrying! thank you, take care xxxx
I agree with Hope...I too think it is all mental. There is no such thing as physical withdrawal from cannabis. Dad may have smoked it to cover his anxiety or some other underlying problem, which is now surfacing. He needs to deal with the original condition that had him smoke to begin with.
well i am no doctor, but i believe all or most of that addiction is mental. i was a pothead FOREVER, smoking a lot, and that is what actually made me paranoid. for some reason i always thought it was helping me, but it was causing the anxiety...and it was bad too. had to know who was going to be anywhere i was, on a strict schedule, etc..
my friend that has smoked for a long time, he has anxiety issues, stopped smoking for a couple of months and then smoked, and had such a bad panic attack that he had to go to the er from it. so i think if he gets his fill on good vitamins/supplements that help, eat healthy and take lots of deep breaths he may be okay. or maybe he has a serious anxiety problem, but like myself just thought the pot was helping....
sorry if this doesn't help much
