Can't seem to post

The last couple days I'm having a hard time responding to posts. I am here reading but just can't find words to help anyone.    Has anyone else had days like this ?   It seems the more someone needs help the more trouble I'm having responding.
I hope I don't have  "forum burn-out" !   That could be fatal. lol

There are some I don't even try to touch, and I feel bad...very bad...I just don't have answers, or maybe enough time under my belt, or knowledge period.....don't worry though dear....you post when you can!  You aren't obligated to do anything!!!  !

I feel that way too, especially when I am a little depressed.  I want to help, but I can't find the words that haven't already been said.  Tomorrow I will be one year clean from the oxys, and that doesn't even seem to excite me today.  But hang in there honey.  When the words are right and "flow", you'll be back to your old self.

Forum relapse is a common form of w/ds. I'm not sure which one, but there must be an amino acid for this. The best thing I can tell you is that you are not alone! We can do this together! Just take baby steps. Post when you can. You may not feel like it but once you get past the initial keyboard stasis you will be fine.
Hang in there and keep posting. We need you.

You are always good with others and say it how it is.. lately I have been reading and hardly posting too..I am 21 days today and for some reason feel a little blah blah.. when in actual fact things are going fab... forum burn out....is a really good way of putting it... I hope all is good with you otherwise xxx
