Chest Pain and Pins and Needles

Hi All. Hoping for some advise here as I do not currently have access to a health professional. I have been a heavy smoker for 25yrs. Both tobacco and marajuana. 14 months ago I quit cigarettes. But continued to smoke marajuana until 1 month ago. I had a strange pain in my right side of my chest with pins and needles down my right arm. Since quitting cold turkey it has gotten slightly better, but it still freaking me out to hell. I have no problems breathing, no cough at all, just an annoying tightness on occasions with the pins sensation. Is this a process of continual improvement or do I need to seek help urgently. Appreciate all comments and help in advance. Kind Regards.

Those are not normal cannabis nor tobacco symptoms of withdrawal. I would go get checked out. I have found that many of us who quit drugs are malnourished, have underlying health issues, etc... Worry is one of the worst things for our health and mind, so to relieve any potential anxiety or serious illness, it is totally worth a checkup and rule out any serious health issues. Then you can eat good, exercise, and form new coping skills without any doubt you are in any major health crisis.

Hi there- I'm wondering why you came here for medical advice? Maybe you thought there were doctors here...but there aren't any.
As always, it's always smart to get chest pain evaluated by a doctor as soon as possible. Good luck-
