Chest Pains??

I posted this on the Community forum since it wasn't really addiction related but I got no responses.
I started taking Mobic this week which is a NSAID's  I started having some chest discomfort yesterday and today. Its really just having a hard time taking a deep breath.. and its mainly when my arms are up at work. Could this be a side effect or sign of an allergy??  I do smoke and I am also on the Nuva Ring. they also gave me a script for Skelaxin, which is a worthless muscle relaxer in my opinion. I have only taking maybe 4 of those..
Any ideas??

I am off to bed now.. I was heating up my neck and shoulder is hopes of getting some sleep..

I said the same thing to them I am sure... I just don't get how docs put people on that stuff when they were formerly of hydro.. I just don't get it..

when I read posts like this I feel blunt honesty is the best but that is my opinion.........

I am going to a Rheum specialist to get tested for rheumatoid since its pretty much throughout my family history...my mom has it in her neck pretty bad.. The MRI will help confirm the nerve issues that all the doctors I have ever seen have assumed.. And hopefully some one will have some ideas to treat it that don't really involve any kinds of drugs.. I don't want to be stuck on anti inflamatories either.. especially after my chest pain episode this week..There are alot of drug pushing docs here but they are pretty obvious.. and actually easy to stay away from..

I would definately not take another one until I talked to the doctor.  I'm so sorry you're going through that!  Personally, some of the NSAIDs and other drugs scare me.  I was on Vioxx and Celebrex for a while and had reactions to both.  Let me know how you're doing tomorrow, please.
