Chest pain uncommon??

Day 4, and this afternoon has been really tough. My heart is racing, chest hurts a bit. Tossed my percs which I was taking 1-2 a day for the past two weeks up until the last four days of nothing...I have a Vicodin which I really don't like, but wonder if this may stop the rapid heart beat thing going on? Scared

Thanks for letting me know you have experienced the same, I will no longer worry and do the breathing excersises instead. BTW, I did not take the Vicodin :)

I have had chest pain during anxiety attacks.I get a rapid heart beat also.I try to make myself relax.I will do controlled breathing.breathe in through your mouth and exhale through your nose 10 times and think about something calming.like laying in the sun on the beach or something.Good luck and God Bless.Bruce
