Hi there....and that doesn't sound good. What kind of chest pain, exactly? Is it a PRESSURE pain....or is it just dull achey (achy) pain? You really need to be careful when dealing with any kind of chest pain.
All of the muscles in your body are probably aching for the narcotic it is so used to, so yeah, muscle pain is normal----and there are muscles all over your body, including your chest. My concern is that if it is a pressure, or heavy feeling on your chest---that is NOT normal and you need to get to the ER immediately.

No it's not pressure, i've been to the doctor about them before and he put me on prilosec......sheesh  lol ....it's more of a sharp pain that goes away quickly but it's very disturbing if that makes sense...it's quick painful and annoying right beside my heart blegh!  thanks for your concern, B

It could just be strained muscles....but I would get it checked out soon if it gets any worse. My grampa(and I don't mean to scare you) was having the same pains you are describing for a few days...well, then....he died. They said it was a heart attack that killed him instantly, but the doc told my grammy that the symptoms she said he was having days before the heart attack were signs OF the attack that was coming. So just be careful. Any kind of pains near the heart should be looked at immediately.
Take care of yourself! :) Don't wait.
