Hey sweets how have you been doing? I got a chance to read some posts from yesterday but haven't had a chance to talk to you yet. What a run-in with lookyhere! I'm glad to see it was resolved! I figured it was a misunderstanding b/c it was taken out of context, it happens to me all the time b/c someone will read one post and not realize it is a continuation of a lot of different posts. You were so sweet and supportive and thank you!

I have a nasty sinus infection, going into my throat and lungs-the usual. Blood pressure is low, got a virus too-body aches and stuff. I don't get colds, when I get sick, I'm bedridden. Hubby gave me an anti-biotic, kenalog, and pain killer injection. He came back with food and script for anti-biotics and some guiffenex(my sinus miracle -600mg guifenesen/ 200mg sudafed) Mucinex is 600mg guifenesen but no sudafed so everything drains out constantly and the sudafed helps dry it up without making me jittery b/c combined with the guifenesen. I've also been battling a headache for the past 5 days (not sinus related). I'm gonna be on  IV fluids the rest of the day- like I said, the usual.

Poor thing! Sleep and relax! Sinus infec are the worst! Take care of yourself, and check in when you feel up to it so we know how you're doing!!! And remember...docs need to take care of themselves, too....not just their patients, lol!

Yes I know, thank you so much hun! I was posting back to wheredidmyenergygo? earlier and she said take all of your anti-biotics even if you start feeling better. I told her how nice it was to have someone say that to me instead of vise versa.lol I say it on almost a daily basis, it was comforting to hear from someone else, kinda soothing you know?

I'm lying in bed with my laptop and  baby sleeping on my chest, my kitties positioned in the bend of my knees and on my tummy,( except for my oldest-Grey, he always sits right on the edge of the bed when I am sick and WILL NOT budge unless to eat or litter box, 11 years:) my sweet babies. I don't think anything feels better than this (minus the infected throbbing sinuses, infection in my lungs, and headache that is barely allowing me to see straight lol) Hubby is cooking. Gonna get my IV started here in a few. Hubby and I always take off work if the other is sick, at least I try to but his immune system is like an ox on steroids!! So is baby's so that is good. I'll be in and out of sleep so I will check in when I am intermittently awake.

Lots of Love to you Em. (do you mind if I call you that?) I like it, I had a cat named Emily when I was little, she just looked so sweet and cute but still so elegant, I couldn't think of any other name when I looked at her. I called her Emmie, Em, Emmie Boo, Emie lous, etc etc lol

I thought a-lot about Emilyann's run-in (as you Dutches put it) with me (looky). So, please allow me to reiterate myself.
To some degree i do apologize for jumping on you Emilyanne for taking your statement personal. But, still, the word jealousy.
In order for someone to know what jealousy is they must have felt jealousy themselves at one point or another.
First off, how do you know what these peole are feeling?
If some people here on this forum feel jealous like you allege then it is their right to do so (feel how they choose to feel). If someone comes here and brags about how much they have then they better be ready for criticism. They put themselves in that position.
Material wealth has no place on this forum.
And the statement about " not judging a book by it's cover" was meant for you Emilyanne.

I don't know what your deal is, but let me respond to a few things you have said: First of all, of course I have felt jealous at times in my life, as well as seen first hand how jealous others can be! I have been jealous that people have finished their college degrees in a normal time frame ( where as I am 26 and took my time, and still have a class left) and are successful, while I still have a class left to go at 26 years old, I have been jealous that people with the same amount of money and material things that I have or have been given have ACTUALLY WORKED FOR IT THEMSELVES, instead of having it handed to them. I, however, channel my jealousy into happiness for those who have accomplished their goals and have been successful. I have chosen to  view them as role models, rather than rivals.
You say material things have no place here in this forum...This forum is about our life!!!!!!!!!! About our addiction, how we got their, what we do in our free time to keep our minds off of our problems, and what makes us happy! For me, when I'm feeling low, talking to my friends on the forum about things that make me happy  help me out alot!! What makes me happy may be different than what makes you happy, which is fine!
Don't read my posts when you see my name if you are so offended! I talk about what I know and like, which happens to include things that are apparently offending you, which is not my purpose. If I liked to pick the garbage dump or jump  off the empire state building, I'd talk about that! Everyone's different! You have some major, MAJOR anger management issues, and I'm sick of it. You are not helping anyone by your irrational outbursts, but you ARE hurting yourself.
You may want to reread Dutchess's post to me...it was not at all mean to you and I believe she said something along the lines of being glad it was resolved! Lookeyhere....MISERY LIKES COMPANY, and I will not be a part of that! Why in the world are you even here if all you come to do is cause trouble? I don't care if there are people here who make $2.00 an hour...I am no better than them, and to be honest, they prob work way harder than me! So stop your bitching, get yourself the serious help you need, and leave me alone if all you are going to do is attack me!
