Clean time tracker?

I'm thinking postive...when I have my first "day 1" of being clean...how do I tell that to my tracker on this site so that it updates every day to track my clean time?  There has been days that ive entered "0" for milligrams of use, and it doesn't work to say "1 day clean time"...

The tracker was there for me too.  I did not start counting days until like day 7.  I had to go to Trackers and choose for it to be put on my page.  There is a list of several different kinds and you choose to put it on your page with the date.  Kind of hard to explain.  If you keep clicking around you will find it. lol  I think I did it from my Profile page

I have the tracker already, I've been traking on and off for years...my post said...even if i enter "0" intake...it doesn't "Add up" the clean days.

Go up to "My Medhelp" and there is a choice for Trackers.  I believe you can add it on your Day 1.  Congrats and good luck.  We are here for you.
