Clonidine dose for WDs

A quick question. My doctor gave my clonidine for withdraw, but he was unsure what dose to give me. He gave me .1 mg, twice daily, and it does seem to be helping. I am also taking .5 mg of Klonopin 3 times a day, and when I need it, Lunesta for sleep.
What is the usual dose of clonidine for wds?
I'm sure the answer is here somewhere, but I haven't found it. Thanks everyone!

.2 mg every twelve hours or via a transdermal patch is the usual dosage.
