Cocaine nose damage

Hello,
I did the biggest mistake of my life - tried snorting cocaine on New years party. It was the first and the last time I used it. It was really small amount of cocaine that I snorted, up to 100 mg in total. The thing is that it was enough for me to have terrible consequences. It's been 3 months and I am still suffering nose problems. What exactly? First week after using coke my nose was clogged but that's normal symptom I guess. After that week my nose more or less unclogged but I started to feel pain while breathing in. It was horrible. Especially when I was trying to sleep. I was suffering this pain for a month straight until it disappeared completely. I was SUPER happy and delighted about it and expected to be fine from that moment. But I was wrong. A month and half was passed from using cocaine and suddenly one evening my nose went completely numb. A few days of suffering passed and that strong numb feeling became much smaller but it continued till now. It's not that bad now but when I touch my nose or simply eat or do any other activities that make my nose skin to stretch I feel my nose septum numb a little bit and I have to scratch my nose to make that feeling go away. Also, even if I don't touch my nose and lay in my bed calmly and quietly it still tingles sometimes and I have to scratch it. IT IS SO ANNOYING, I am really worried about my nose. I went to ENT specialist and he said that my septum of nose looks completely fine and it's neither deviated nor a hole in it exists. He prescribed to me Dymista spray because I also had post nasal drips and one of my nostril clogged sometimes that I haven't mentioned to you guys but that spray is not helping at all to remove that numb and tingling from my nose septum. I guess that cocaine was cut with something and I damaged my nerves. Or maybe that small amount of coke was even enough to shrink my blood vessels permanently.
PLEASE help me anyone who has experience with cocaine or simply have any ideas what is happening to me.
Will this damage heal one day or am I going to suffer this numbness of septum permanently. My life is ruined now, I have no motivation to keep going to university and other things I used to do before this horrible night because I can't stop thinking about my nose tingling and numbing. I also heard that anxiety might cause numbness of nose but I don't think it's my case because it appeared when I hadn't any anxiety or stress.
SORRY FOR SO LONG QUESTION BUT I AM DESPERATE TO FIND SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM SO I WANT YOU TO KNOW AS MUCH DETAILS AS POSSIBLE...

Any other ideas about my health? A few days of not using dymista spray passed but numbness is still in my nose septum... I also feel some kind of weird sensation in my nose septum. I can call it a super small constant pain but it never disappears so it's annoying. I feel like blood flow is constricted in my septum permanently and that is why i have that numb and small pain sensation. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks for your support. Yes I already visited ENT three times and two different specialists and they both said that it will heal, just it requires quite a lot of time to heal completely. I already feel much better when I stopped using Dymista and stopped worrying about my nose so much. However I still think that it might never heal completely but at least I am able to live with it now because it is not as bad as it was.

Welcome to the forum~
Since you have been to an ENT specialist and now know that nothing is wrong with your nose, that should give you some peace.
The nose spray "may" be the culprit.  Dymista has some side effects that you may be able to relate to.  Some of them are common, but one of the "rare" ones is numbness.  Since your nose was fine for a month and a half, try analyzing the times you used the nose spray and see if there is any correlation.
To encourage your membranes and tissue to heal, taking some extra Vit C would be very beneficial.  Particularly Ester C as it stays in the blood stream 4x as long and has a greater affect on white blood cells.
As hard as it is, try not obsessing about your nose.  Force yourself to think of other things when your mind returns to worrying about your nose.  Your life is definitely not ruined.  You learned some valuable lessons and you can be very grateful you learned them at the young age of 22.  If you return to doing the things you used to do and enjoyed, that will help take your mind off your nose until the healing process is complete.  Here's a link to Web MD that lists common as well as rare side effects when using Dymista.  Hope it will help you~

Thank you so much for your time reading my long post and giving me such a great answer. Even though numbness appeared two weeks before I started using Dymista spray, I still think that you might be right about this spray correlation to my numbness. Tingling sensation was becoming smaller and smaller before I started using Dymista. I guess if I hadn't used Dymista spray I would already be without tingling sensation in my nose septum now. I noticed that spray helped me from post nasal drips and clogged nostrill but it really made numbness worse. The thing is that there wasn't written numbness as a side effect on paper that was included together with Dymista so I thought that it can't be this spray impact. I will try to stop using Dymista and see what the outcome I will get. Furthermore, I will try to take vitamin C. Thanks again.
Wow I looked at that link you gave me and find out that there are more rare side effects that I got. Dry Eye/Depression/Nervous/Sleep Disorder and even sometimes Abnormal Sensations of the Skin/Itching.

Anxiety does cause your nose to go numb it happened to me.  You seem stressed about your one-time cocaine use. Your super worried about your nose that is anxiety.  A trip to your doctor to check out your nose would put your mind at ease.  Could you do that ?? Anxiety can cause all sorts of problems.  I believe you will be fine.  But if you are suffering from anxiety you need to see your doctor  for help.
Thanks for your advice and opinion.
