I'm watching Maury Povich and I'm balling Crying. !!! HA HA. Just thought that was funny.
Thank you both of you. I am hanging in there. My last dose was 12:30 Sunday night or I guess that would be really Early Monday Morning. I appreciate you.
Hey M!
The sweats only lasted about 1/2 a week -- I agree with flmagi on that one. You'll be sneezing for a bit longer. The constant sneezing lasted for darn near 2 weeks for me. But I also spotted your comment about lower back pain - that just finally dissipated - 24 days.
Let me know if/how I can be of help.
TMTC
Oh yes, The sneezing! That seem s to go on for awhile too.
Cry all you want. I cried for about 3 days.. like a baby. There's alot of things your gonna go thru, but it will all be worth it. Trust me. Just keep talking to us and ask any questions you want. We've all been there or like you, are going thru it now.
When was the last time you really laughed? That will come back quickly.
Can't wait to hear your progress.
Keep in touch,
Magi
Oh my god Magi I have been doing that. I just start bawling for no reason. Well because I'm sorry for what I've let happen. It's uncontrollable. I'm glad you told me that. Also I am sneezing alot. I just can't seem to get comfortable any way I lay. Thanks for the kind words.
Congrats on getting thru the night! A big step.
The cold sweats can last for 4-5 days, but will get better. Try hot baths... just soak. It may help your back some too. Any pain is going to seem worse right now, this to shall pass. Force the liquids in. I couldn't drink or eat either and ended up causeing myself more problems and not feeling better as soon as I should have. It's really important. Drink some protein drinks, like Ensure.
The sleeplesness (at least for me) seemed to last longer than the rest of the withdrawl symtoms. You may also get depressed and have anxiaty attacks. Don't be surprized if you start crying alot. It's all part of it and will pass. You will start to get better, so hang in there.
Keep us posted on your progress. Good luck and stay strong.
