Cough Syrup Addiction

I am hooked to Corex Cough Syrup, since last 3- 4 years. I desperately want to come out of it. I have observed that if I dont consume the substance for a couple of days, my limbs get restless & prevents me from keeping my legs in one place. Secondly, I start trembling & shivering while in sleep, and my legs start to give jerks.
Is there any medication which can reduce this discomfert and help me in coming out of this addictive substance???
