Crazy, Eerie Dreams while detoxing.

Figured I would make some conversation as I am a painkiller addict. Have any of you noticed some of the horrible dreams you have while going through the first few days of detox? I never asked anyone else about them, I know my moms ex boyfriend was put on serquil because of the dreams he was having when he got off of Vicodin, but he's not a talker so I never got any information about it from him.

But these dreams are so creepy and erie..I don't even know how to describe it. It puts me in a weird horrible mood for the day and generally changes my perception on things depending on what the dream was about. Even some normal dreams have this creepy lingering feeling when I wake up.

How about you guys/gals?

Hey dude....when I was on methadone I dont think I ever dreamed but once I cam off it
it was like WOW now im not only dreaming but there in tec/na/color at first it seamed a bit disturbing I would wake up and not be able to get back to sleep but now I find them amusing....entertaining if you will....I go back in time to my younger years and visit friends I haven't seen in 20yrs but always under bizarre circumstances I no longer wake up and get stuck awake so I dont really mind them any more they do tend to decrees with time
I use to get them every night but now its only like every 3 or 4 nights I get one
time heals hang in there you will get past it good luck and God bless....Gnarly

I  had a lot of strange dreams as well. They were anything from having arguments with multiple personalities of myself to using again to being visited by supernatural beings. Like Mimi, I had sleep paralysis at times as well. All of this tapered off as time went on, and now I have the dreams rarely (perhaps once a year). It will get better, I promise =)
