DARVOCET

I am on my 52nd hour of ct of Darvocet and was wondering if anyone could share on ur experience in the first 4 or 5 days of ct of these meds. I was taking around 6 a day, have been taking these for 11 months and before that vics and percs. Today I have twicthing of my arm and stomach nervous. Am on the thomas receipe and have off work until tuesday. Up to this point I think things have been pretty light  wd's. I am going to make this work no matter what, I want my life back for ggod..... Try to keep positive thoughts. Give yourself a pat on the back . Take hot baths or steam baths. Use microwavable heating elements in your clothing if you are too cold out of the bath. I used Snuggle Safe pet warmers.  Exercise even if it hurts. Make yourself walk. Drink and drink more. To flush out toxins. Take antioxidants. I drank green tea. Post and read posts they go back years but the way to soberity is in all the pages.  I read my bible because I believe there is power in the words. to combat the negative one that wants me back in the darkness of addiction.   Know this too will pass no matter what dont use any pills !!
