Hi and welcome!! It really does get better, you are probably at the peak of the physical withdrawal symptoms now and it does really does get better. Around day 5 (just remember we're all different) I started to feel better...The mental w/d gets tough but I had good times in the day and bad times...the good times became more frequent with each passing day and and it gets better everyday. Hot baths/or a hot tub was so helpful those first few days. Depression sets in but the Cymbalta should start to kick in and help with that. The anxiety should be better with the Clonidine. Keep yourself well hydrated (gatorade) and Vitamin B-12 for energy! Also...so important and helpful...keep posting here...lots of great people who I owe so much to for helping me get to Day 20 c/t. It can be done and you are on your way!
My best friend went to an impatient detox and they gave her all of those same things. But I think they gave her darvon or something too to help with the W/D's. Hang in there!!! You can do this we are all here to listen and it really helps just to get the crazy thoughts out of your head.
Yes, I believe it'll get better for you.
I mean being on the duragesic patch for seven years I never even thought I'd try to get off it. But a miraculas healing took place with my RSD. After prayer, and a vision from my dad seeing me well the pain dissipated the very next day.
So, now after a little more then a month I've cut back from 200 to 100 to now 75. At first when going to 75 I had to take pain pills, but now I'm not taking them.
Stay in there. It'll get better. Even though its a hard thing to go through determination is helping me a lot.
Plus walking, exercise, praying and spending time with God's presence, my beautiful wife and family, and especially being on this board.
Hoping the best for you.
Hey to be the one to tell ya but that was not for detox most of those drugs...there for a variety of other problems...
