DOES ALTERIL or VALERIAN ROOT CAUSE DROWYZINESS THE DAY AFTER

hi all,
im 94 days clean from METHADONE.. Wondering if my brain fog has to do with taking Alteril and valerian root for sleep or does it have to do with my brain still healing??
This brain fog is killing me..
any info would be appreciated... I thought I would be much futher along by now..

you are younger than my husband so i think your healing  will come quicker. he was on for 10 years, you were 7. about the same mg. it took him a good six months or so. each day you will continue to get clearer. another month or so you should be feeling so much better. eat lots of proteins,complex carbs, veggies & fruits. you are doing all the right things. please try to be patient just a little longer. you are getting there. keep up the good work. i am sending you more hope and continued encouragement.

im still taking the whey protein shake everyday, working out 4 to 5 days a week and eating right...
Its so scary how my brain is so shaky still..
in your experience how long do you think it will take for the brain to heal? how long did it take for your husband?

hey rich, congrats on your 94 clean days. that is awesome.
i take alteril almost every night and i am never foggy,groggy or tired in the morning.
i believe it is still the methadone detox. are you still taking the amino acid protocol? exercising? keep moving forward. you are doing great.

Hi I don't think that this stuff is slowing your recovery but it is very possible that it is making you drowsy during the day.That stuff never works for me.It only makes me feel vaguely weird during the day.That's great that you are 94 days clean from methadone.The clinic crossed my mind here last time I was in the middle of a pretty sizeable oxy addiction.I didn't do it though and cold turkied.I am 33 days clean now.My friend went to the clinic and they have him turned into a shell.He is sick every day and even when hes not he is either laying in bed or trying to scam up the $14 dollars for that day.When he can't get it and gets behind they cut him down and he is sick all day almost every day.I feel so sorry for him.. great job and hang in there
