thanks for the reply. I took xanax cause it really took the edge off, but only at night. I would just deal with the anxiety during the day, even if it meant constantly sobbing. I dont have any more, so I hope this works. I definetely feel a difference with the anxiety as Im nearing the end of my 4th day. I hope I can stick this out. Thanks!
I have had wonderful success with melatonin. I still use it frequently. When I was in w/d, I took about 9mg each night. After the 2nd or 3rd week I was able to cut back to 3mg. I now only take about 1.5mg. Natural Calm with calcium is good to help the muscles relax. You should be taking this at night and your body needs this regardless if it helps with sleep.
i also suffer from panic attacks and take xannax,i tried natuaral calm and melatonin along time ago when i didnt have xannx it didnt help me but everyone different,xannx is the one med i will not get off dr have tried so any other meds but nothing works.plus i also have insomia and take trazadone still have problems sleeping
