Dangerous Tramadol

I check on here just about every other day;  I fought a battle with Tramadol and every day I am reading about people being confused with this drug.  Docs are telling us it is non-addictive and that we're imagining our w/d's.  Some of you might remember me saying a couple of weeks ago that I called a hotline and was basically told, "No, hon, not from Tramadol.  We couldn't even admit you into a treatment center."  I was turned down from my docs, (THREE OF THEM), refusing to listen to me, AND turned down from a crisis HOTLINE for crying out loud.

TRAMADOL IS ADDICTIVE      AND YES, YOU WILL HAVE VERY DANGEROUS W/D'S.

Is it possible to have missed periods while taking Tramadol for a long period of time?  I have taken it for about 5 months now and my period had come regularly, but now I have missed a period and have already taken a pregnancy test, which turned out negative.  If that is possible, what can be done to regain my menstrual cycle? .

you are so right...I called a hotline to ask a question and they told me they never heard of tramadol addiction. I was basically told that my wd's could not be that bad and I might just have the flu. I have detoxed alone many times in the past 11 years from this drug and this drug only. The Dr's should pay attention more because my dr keeps giving me this script everytime I ask with n o questions asked. I am trying to taper now but it is so hard.
