Darvocet

Hi,  I am wanting to quit my Darvocet use.  I take 6 650mg a day and want to stop.  How do I taper and what do I expect in the progress and how long should I do this...I am so sick of them.  Help me please thank you

Tapering is hard because we, as addicts, want our drugs and when we start reducing our dose we crave it even more. I am sure you are familiar with this process. We cannot help you with an actual taper plan as it is a violation of our guidelines. I have to suggest that you speak with your prescribing physician and get honest. Tell him/her you need help with a taper plan.
