Darvocets

Here I am again, but with a different drug. Will I started taking these things because they were less potent and less convicting than perc's or vic's. But as usual it has got out of hand again... So anyone been there with this drug, and could you share any advice with your plan of action that worked for you. I will use the Thomas recipe which has always helped, but if anyone can help, I would be grateful. Thanks.

Darvocet is a very weak narcotic..most drs would tell u to just take an advil or tylenol for the almost equal pain relief
The tylenol content is usually 600 mgs per pill in darvocet..which makes it dangerous like over the counter (otc) codeine abuse in canada/it is the tylnol content in many cases in otc codeine that is sposed to deter abuse.I guess they dont know much about addiction!  LOL (:   COL ):..
It takes even more darvocet to catch a buzz than OTC codeine in canada especially if u have a tolerence to percs or hydros.
i am sure u r aware of this..and the scare technique is not needed as u sound like u wanna get this done,
I totally recommend the thomas recipe with lots of exercise..it worked for me but we r all different
Did u try aftercare?  Aftercare is often the missing link that addicts fail to include in their plan to Stay Clean

HI Welcome to the forum...darvocet was my doc for many years I liked the sleepy noding feeling when you took 1/2 dozzen at once it wasent long after I moved up to stronger pills
vics percs then diladid and morphine finely after all stoped working went to methadone
your withdrawal will be a typical pain pill withdrawal should be over in about a week
you really need to seek aftercare to end this cycle it sounds like you have been here b/4
it doesent have to be this way....aftercare makes all the difference I know its helped me
right now you been given pritty good advise all I can add is lots of hot baths over the next few days to help with the symptoms just remember this is 1/3 phyical and 2/3 mental be ready to fight on both fronts ..its the physical that scares most of us but its the mental part that drives us back...keep posting for support good luck and God bless....Gnarly
