Day # 10 - off Norco - Slept 12.5 hours

Yesterday was an awful day. Screaming back pain - had to work - I was miserable & very - VERY close to taking a Vicodin. I came here first - sniffled all day - and went home early.

I took the Melatonin - and 2 sleepy time pills, inverted a few times - then crawled in bed at 4:30 PM  - I woke up at 5 AM.

The pain is not nearly as bad as it was. I plan on inverting after some coffee. I use to do floor work for my back (stretches, core work, etc.) then stopped when I started the Norco - as I wasn't in pain. I have all my charts out & will start that up again.


My husband (have I told you he is amazing??) made us neuro-muscular massages for this morning AND bought me a book called "Living with a Pain Free Back - 8 Steps" :-)

I feel pretty darn good right now!!

Great Job..The massages are one of the BEST things that we can do..Even if we are not detoxing..The body must flow and this can be like a  meditation as you get messaged. I want one NOW..lol

Thanks. Just got back - the massages were amazing. I may even take a nap.

I have been so sleep deprived over the last 10 days - that I think I'll get as much as I can.

Still feeling pretty good. I hope it lasts  . . . . .
