Day 1 and doing ok

Got back from the addiction doctor(very nice). yesterday he gave mefour choices 1. cold turkey with meds. 2.get on a methadone program so you do not have to miss work 3.GO to inpatient detox hospital. 4. go through a rabid detox in a office for 8 hours under general anesthesia. Well I took cold Turkey so I will be of work 3 to 5 days. I take 1/2 clonazepam,1/2 clonidine,1 hole gabapentin pill 3 time a day , then at bed I tale 1 clonazepam and 1 clonidine and 1 or 2 30 mg oxazepam. Well all these pills make me very groggy but no anxiety at all that I was having before when I tried to quite. I suggest anyone out there to get this recipe from there doctors as IT sure seem to help with withdrawals from oxy.  Thank everyone and will post again on day 2  Best Wishes   Rick

I have to say happy you didnt go on methadon, this could be your best bet good luck keep us posted
