Day 10, still kicking...

I'm on day 10 now and I love the way that number keeps increasing!!  I want to thank you all for your kind words yesterday, they go along way in uplifting my mood because its kind of a rollercoaster ride right now.  I'm still not mobile because of my foot (&$^%##) and because my computer is on a different level in my home i cant get to it often enough and I would rather be in my comfort room right now.  I wish I could post more but I just cant keep going up and down the stairs (no energy & crippled) Otherwise I would be on the site more often. I still thank you all and I can't wait to talk to you all more but for now I'll just check in once or twice a day.

Just want to say that this is the most difficult thing I have done in my life.  It's still hard, I think without the gout I would be smiling a bit more today.  The pain in my foot has been so excruciating at times I didn't know what to do. I've had gout before but it never felt this bad because I had those little demon pills to always dull the pain. This made CT so hard for me and I still came through.  I cant believe it. I just kept plugging forward and I have you guys to thank for it!  For those of you who are in the middle of the fight right now, DONT GIVE UP!!!! You too can do this too,  I really hope this can help someone because i know alot of people here helped me. Wouldn't have been able to do it without ya'll. Thanks again.

Congrats! It is so good to hear that someone is holding strong! it gives me hope.. you'll be going back to work soon right? how do you feel about that? Are you sleeping at night now?
Sorry so many questions I just want to hear from someone that was in the same boat how everything is going!
I am really proud of you, you have done a truly amazing thing and you inspire me :)

Congrats on 10 days!!  Hopefully your gout will start to calm down and then you will be really good to go!!!           sara
