Day 10 pill free! The loss of energy is worst enemy.

Hi all, just that I'd check in and say on day 10, and feel I in the mind but honestly the lack of energy is really bringing me down. Doing all the right things, vitamins, hydration, eating, some activity and ever a couple hours of sleep. Nothing is bringing me energy and it's really a struggle to keep focused. Figured by today I'd have just a little relief from back pain and some energy but I guess it part of the hole ordeal. Staying strong but gosh JUST WANT A BREAK from exhaustion and aches and pains. Time is a double sided sword is it my friend or enemy. A time machine would be my first wish. Hang in there all, I'm going to keep fighting the fight. God bless all!!

Earlier this morning I posted a stretching exercise for goodpersoninside.  I totally understand your pain.  I FELL from a 3rd floor balcony in January of 2013 and the more time that passes, the more intense MY PAIN becomes.

Some doctors say rest is the best for back pain, while other doctors insist that stretching and lubricating the joints is best.  I started stretching two weeks ago and I was in shock at the immediate relief I felt.  I stretch as often as needed during the day.  Also, ice is awesome as it reduces inflammation.  Never use heat!

See if you can locate the stretching exercise I recommended for goodpersoninside.  If not, let me know and I will post it again.

You are in the fight of your life and it sounds to me that you are winning.  I REMEMBER THE ENERGY BLUES and believing that another SOMETHING would fix me.  I found out years later when I was prescribed that same substance for dental work-there was no high whatsoever and no energy!!
It is amazing how the brain works.  My advice is too just take it slow and before you know it, your brain will heal and you will have won this battle once and for all.

In regard to your back pain, trying a stretching exercise on the floor.  I also have chronic back pain and was reluctant at first.  I could not even imagine getting on the floor let alone back up.  BUT WOW, IT WORKED WONDERS.

TRY THIS:
1- lay on floor, feet flat with knees up.
2- stretch arms out to side, hold for 10 seconds.
3- grab hold of knees and pull up to chest as far as you can. Hold 10sec
4- while still holding knees up, roll onto right side. Hold 10 sec
5- return to center, starting position, hold 10 sec
6- roll on to left side, knees still at chest, hold 10 sec
7- roll back to starting position.  Let go of knees and stretch your legs out while stretching your arms above your head. Make yourself tall.  10sec

Do as many as possible but no more than 5 to start and move yourself up to 10 reps.  I have made this a daily practice and it is a God send.  This will also take your mind off of any w/d you maybe having and very possibly give you an energy boost.

So crazy gnarly you said protein shake. My wife just showed with gallon of it and the chocolate to boot. Going to have one with milk and toast to another day as soon as I post. Thanks so much for the support sure means a lot to me. More than you think.. :-)

Hi  well I just want to encourage you..I have been following your story for a wile.. as for the symptoms it is hard to put a time line on them every withdrawal is different at 10 days out I felt like a truck hit me just know it can be done and and it is so so worth it you may want to add ''whey protein shake mix it will help with the energy crash and it is full of aminos for the brain it is 15 bucks for a 2lb can at walmart the chocolate flavor is good when mixed with milk keep posting for support we all want to see you make it..............................Gnarly.............................
