Day 11

It's been 11 days and I seem to be going through the norm. I am in a lot of back and joint pain. I am going to see my pain management doctor today. I take meloxicam for arthritis and I think I'm going to ask for a change. I have been told that Celebrex and Indomethacin is a good non narcotic combination. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

Hi! I have really bad arthritis in my knee and I take Voltaren and sometimes Torodal (not sure about spelling)! They both are anti inflammatorys and  work great! Congrats on day 11! It's quite an accomplishment! Best wishes!!

I have the same problem with degenerative bones in lower back and bulging disks in neck so know how you feel, however, I am on day 5 of no hydros and yesterday my back hurt so bad I almost went to the emergency room.  I had nothing to take so took a hot bath then put heating pad on it.  Low and behold, today it felt better!  Not like 100% better, still stiff and sore, but don't need pain killers better.  I was actually surprised I got through the pain with no pain killers (if I had some I sure would have taken them!).  It really made me think how often I took them when I could have made it without them.

Celebrex is not banned in the us. I see it on tv all the time and my pharmisist recommended it.

Great Job on hitting day 11.  Im exactly the same place and appears that I am feeling the same pain as you.  Keep up the good work, and dont let anything get in your way.

Great job on 11 days! Celebrex worked amazing for me before it was banned in the US.
