Me again -sorry.
I agree about the "hangover effect" of ambien.  Tried it and dropped it.

Way to go.
I'm day 13 and wow the energy thing is a problem.
My therapist put me on Magnesium GYCONATE, Omega 3 (concentrated), 10,000 IU Vitamin D.  This is my second time trying to withdraw and my energy is better this time around.
I figure my energy problem is temporary.  I've been abusing for soooo long and I guess my body won't  just return to normal right away.  I try to go to the gym twice a week, I can hardly get through the hour and when I get home I collapse dead tired.
Take one day at a time, actually I live each moment at a time.
Keep the faith -we can do it.

Radio ambien especially 2 can give you a major hangover.  If you want energy to return give yourself some clean time away from narcotics. I took ambien for my first attempt of soberity for 3 or 4 days. I used after 14 days for a weekend.  Went back into wds and got clean ct.  I know you need sleep and taking ambien is much more desirable than exercise.  But the easier softer way is not always best for us.

yeah, for sure. the energy thing is bound to cramp your style for a little while. the key thing to remember is that it is TEMPORARY. all the negative aspects of opiate withdrawal are like this. just try, try, try, to keep your mind on other things and it will pass. for me it took 18 days for the worse part to pass.     jimbob
