Day 14 and dieting too, plus exercise?

So, I'm on Day 14! Yay! I started dieting about 3 days ago and I'm STARVING! Over eating the diet foods but not feeling full! Also considering starting rollerblading again. I am taking many vitamins to replace nutrients. Is this all too much for day 14? My two main questions are: what's good diet foods (low carb) that will FILL ME UP with me being on this hunger binge right now and, will rollerblading be too much at day 14? I'm still sore and I tried sit-ups at like day 8 and was a BAD IDEA so I'm worried about rollerblading being too strenuous on my body but think it may also progress the lack of energy I have into more energy. I spend 8-9 hours a day job hunting which includes driving and sitting at a computer and after that my legs and back hurt SO BAD so will rollerblading make them feel better or worse? My time is going by so slow and I feel so unaccomplished! Just want to feel productive so hopefully it will get my endorphins going NATURALLY!

Great job on your two weeks !  You may want to wait on the dieting thing. Your body really needs nutrition from real food right now. It also needs to feel rewarded. That is what the dopamine system is really for. I would not skimp on carbs right now either. I would wait until day 30.Just my two cents. I am one of the people who always gained weight on opiates because food actually tasted better and I would eat a ton. I know some people lose when using because they think not eating prolongs the effects. Anyway hang in there and try not to deny your body anything that it craves at this point. It needs the nutrition. YES on the exercise though but just be careful .I thought I was an xgames athlete and ended up shattering my right arm at age 40 rollerblading LOL   it still hurts  ;)

Thanks All! I was on the Atkins Diet for 6 years.... ended up abusing it and NEVER eating carbs! Was down to 112 lbs and I look too skinny at 120 lbs. b/c of my bone structure. The carb diet is what I'm doing this time but I'm treading lightly this time... Just seems like I'm NEVER full right now and I want to look at the top of my game for interviews. A passion of mine is rollerblading so on my time away i'll be bringing them with me and try to get back into it. Rollerblades and MP3 player are so theraputic to me in the past!!

I HAD SO MUCH ENERGY AND WAS NEVER HUNGRY BC YOU CAN EAT WHATEVER N THE HELL YOU WANT EXCEPT CARBS.  IF YOU SWING BY THE ATKINS WEBSITE YOU CAN GET A FREE CARB COUNTER AND DIET PLAN... IT'S SUPER EASY AND THE WEIGHT JUST MELTS OFF. IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOLESTEROL PROBLEMS THIS DIET WOULDN'T BE GOOD FOR YOU BUT OTHERWISE I CANT PRAISE IT ENOUGH.
