Day 16 of tapering

Okay Friends it has been awhile since last time I posted.  Today is day 16 of my Taper process.  I will tell you it has been NO cake walk.  I am currently down from approx 40-45 mg to 18.75 mg.

I am really sick and tied of the ringing in the ears.  I have no energy, I have been exp headaches and just feeling weird.  However, on a positive note I will tell you that I am still determined to slay the pill addiction.  I have been taking my supplements along with protien shake but I still don't feel good...Should I jump or stay put?

You have to do what is right for you.  Are you comfortable enough jumping?

I am not sure... You know?  I am here alone for a week and it would be the perfect opportunity.. As you guys know I am going thru this alone.

Yesterday was hard because I dropped more.

You have to be comfortable with your decision to make this successful.  Jumping would get this over with quicker but it has to be your choice.  Dont be afraid to let them go as it will be okay.  Remember we are right here to help.

It is It is.... Ok so it's 3pm and I have had 7.5 mg.. I am trying to stop the erge.... It would be a good time to jump... I will see if I can handle the pain.  I really need my energy to work.  The slow tapring process has really zapped my energy..
