Yes Guy I do have an anxiety disorder and I believe the panic attack that my last dose of 3 ,10/500 vics was what triggerd this entire episode . Im taking effexor es as of today.10 years ago I had bad attacks and this stopped it fast so I will take it 6 months or so. As far as the craving for Vics all I have to do is remember the HELL I have been threw . I will tell all of you this from my heart . I have NEVER been addicted to anything and why I started  taking the pain pills like this  is beyond me. For now on when I come home and want to unwind I think i`ll crack open a damn beer and thank the good lord im not taking 30 vicodin a day. Peace to all Jim

Jim, Sorry to hear that the anxiety is still there. Did you have anxiety at all before the pills? I know you have klonopin. You may have to try it every other day or so for sleep. Try taking small doses. Just enough to get some sleep. Did you ever try benadryl? L-theanine? I used Hyland's Calms Forte' and it helped me. I got it at a local Rite-Aid. The anxiety will decrease. It took me about 3 weeks. Hopefully yours will go away soon. Good luck my friend, and let me know if I can be of help...
