My anxiety is still going and its been a few weeks since i got off the subs. I quit vikes/painkillers in the end of June.
I JUST HIT 30 DAYS I TOOK MYSELF OFF OF THE ANTI ANXIETY AND DERPECTION DRUGS AFTER A FEW DAYS. EXERCISE, A GOOD AFTERCARE PROGRAM AND NA MEETINGS KEEP ME CLEAN, BUT THE THING THAT WORKS THE BEST ISS WANTING TO DO IT FOR MYSELF BECAUSE OTHERS SAID I COULDNT . MEDITATE 20 MIN A NIGHT AND LET OUT ALL YOUR NEGATIVITY. YOU WILL SLEEP BETTER AND FEEL BETTER WHEN YOU GET UP

It all depends on the person. No two people are the same when it comes to how long it takes for them to get through the pain, WD, anxiety or sleep loss.
hey i am only at day 14 so you are ahead of me, however i think my anxiety problems started getting bettter a couple of days ago when i started sleeping more than an hour or two a night. Have you started sleeping somewhat normal yet. I think lack of sleep has alot to do with all the lingering effects of w/ds..depression, anxiety, lack of energy to me it all goes back to lack of sleep, just my thought
One more thing my friends can you all tell me about how long your anxiety problems lasted ??? Thank you Jimmy
