Day 19
Well my daily post has become very much part of my routine in the morning ! it's a great way to reflect on how good I'm doing and to be able to keep my spirits high! Had a great day yesterday ! hope it keeps getting better one day at a time! Good morning everyone!!!! Cheers to being clean!!

Congrats add777. I have just finished six days and will be happy to get where you are at 19. I remember when I detoxed before, day 22 was a great day. I don't know why but it was like a day of freedom --you will be there soon. Me2.
From those of us who have emerged from the depths of active addiction, greeting the morning as a drug free functional member of the human race is a true blessing.
