Day 2 at lower dose..

today will be another day of only 7.5mgs for the day.. yesterday was rough..chills sweats nausea, took a lunesta but didn't sleep great.(didn't get the awful taste in my mouth) i havent; taken any yet and my body is screaming for it.. its amazing how at the smaller doses it sooooo much harder physically.. i have a massage today.. and i don't even know if i should go..

A massage???!!!! Wonderful...I have a story... OFcourse..
Beacause of my back pain/situation, I'm sure, once when I went to a massage therapist the next day I COULD NOT WALK...I ended up in urgent care in wheel chair...saying it was because of a massage!   Boy I live dangerously sometimes, HA.  

I think you should go...definitely GO!!!   I love the drooling part...ya thats me, don't talk, just rub, and let me drool.  Haven't had one since the urgent care incident.  Good Luck!

i had a similiar thing happen once but it was all my fault.. had my usual massage every two weeks. need to cause she helps me alot with my back... have adult scoleosis...appt was early in the day.. that night went out and got hammered... woke up could not move.... at all. apparently they really mean it when they say drink lots of water and stay away from alcohol...

yep no icky taste i am one of the few.. i am hanging on like i said.. haven't taken anything yet today.. waiting til 1pm which is like a half an hour.. massage is a 145pm

gonna attempt shower..so i can go to my massage. and gonna drop off laundry to the "wash dry fold" place to i dont have to worry about it..see you in like 2 hours..
