Day 2 of No Subs

Today is day 2 of taking no suboxone and I actually feel ok. The diarrhea is starting, but I have immodium for that. I HAVE to go to work tomorrow and from some others that have come off subs, day 3-5 were horrible! But in the 4 and half years that I have been on this s**t, I have NEVER been ONE day without it!! I always had some, so 2 days is a big accomplishment for me. I gotta keep on going! I can't let even 2 days of being free go down the drain. Wish me luck!!

YES, 2 days is a big accomplisment, congrats and hope w/d's are not too bad. How much did ya taper down to? GOOD LUCK:)

Thank u!!  I tapered down from 16 mg/day to about .50 mg/day over about 6 mths.

Great Job Mom - that's the way to do it.  So many try and jump even from 2 mg and it's hard.  I could not do it myself.  You should be in good shape jumping from only .5mg, keep us posted on your progress.  Congrats!

Thank you Salsinator!! I kinda have the sweats, but (I don't wanna jinx myself) I haven't had much trouble sleeping either! Thank the Lord!! I remember when I was detoxying off oxycontin before...ugh...the sleepless nights were awful!! I couldn't stand it!! And Thank you so much for the support!! It really means a lot to me!! It helps me keep going!! Today is day 3!!
