Day 2

Well thanks for all the help yesterday I feel like I know what I'm up aganinst. Day 1 wasn't bad. But I take meds for bi-polar klonopin,seroquel and lithium. Of course last night I took extra seroquel to sleep. I have had insomnia since my 20's and about 6 six yrs ago dr gave me that for sleep and for the first time in yrs I slept good. Will these help me in the next few days. I'm feeling pretty shaky today. I'm going to get stuff for the Thomas Recipe. This is really a great site so glad I found it.The RLS scares me cause I have had that for yrs also. Thanks everyone!
