I'm not sure what you were taking, how much or how long. No matter, with enough time, it will be worth it. Track your moods, don't get wrapped up in a cycle and go manic. Just surrender to the feelings and let time pass. It really does suck, but most things worth having require work. A free spirit, mind, and body are definitely worth the work. Keep us posted on your progress and share ANYTHING, someone here has been through it and survived.

It does suck....you're right! But it will get better each and every dat you move forward! Remember the gatorade and juices. Lots of fresh fruit and veges and vitamins! I had to literally push myself every step of the way....so can u! Do u have anyone at work u trust that can perhaps keep an eye on u during work hours????

Yes it does. I'm on day 12 off methadone.  You can do this post often. Take suggestions. These people know what their doing.
