Day 20 Report

ARGGGGGGGGGGGG  imsomnia last night . So you can imagine how I felt all day !  I mean I didn`t sleep 5 minutes guys . I think I blew it with the Effexor as I was taking it at 5 PM and a side effect can be guess what ? So now im taking it at 11 am. I still went to work and im still bowling tonight. I REFUSE to let it beat me up and with a support group like all of you how can I lose !   Oh by the way the anxiety is still a problem . One day fine the next not..Thats why im taking the Effexor...Peace   Jim

Hello again Jim...If I had to guess, I'd bet the anxiety was there all along, and the opiates were masking it. If I remember right, you said that anxiety was a problem before the opiates. I'm praying that the Effexor is gonna get you anxiety free soon. You're doing great not to let it get you down and keep you from your bowling. That can be the best medicine some times. Congrats again..you get to count off 3 weeks tomorrow. That's a big anniversary. Buy yourself an extra game tonight as a gift!!

Yes your right bro but it was never chronic. I would go for years without anxiety like this. Don`t think im having panic attacks. But the same thing happend to me 10 years ago when I stopped C/T with rittilen for my ADD. same thing happend as with the vicodin a bad panic episode. Thats the first time I took effexor and it was new at the time. Man i`ll tell you guys this ever damn drug that makes you euphoric will lead you right to the front door of Hell ! best to you   Jim
