Day 21clean of opiates... Never thought I would be this far
I'm on day 21 and honestly I'm ok!!! Still taking Xanax...grrrr!!! The reality of me not taking a pain pill is getting easier! I'm still around my mom that has to take em due to a cple back surgeries but I dnt even have a thought of taking one or stealing some like before. I need off the zs and don't know how to taper properly since i buy em from someone. I take bout 8 mgs a day mainly to sllep and for panic attacks I sometimes have. Any suggestions??
That's a lot of Xanax! Sounds like you've switched addictions...
You need to get in touch with your doctor for a good taper plan and to get the anxiety and panic treated properly.

My only suggestion about xanax is that you cannot stop it cold turkey. You have to taper it slowly. You should probably see a doctor and get a plan. 8 mgs is a pretty good dose per day, so you will want to be very careful!
