Day 22 off opiates and sneezed 23 times this morning!

Ok, I have read in older posts that sneezing is normal. But is 23 times from 7:30-9:30 am normal for day 22? Is there anyone out there that is sneezing this much or did you? It's just crazy that I can't even answer the phone at times. I am feeling much better, mind is clearer, a little more energy but have Fibromyalgia and 4 herniated discs so haven't been active but getting better. My primary doc verified my instincts that long usage of heavy pain meds (I was on 6 Roxis, 3 Methadone, 2 Soma, occasional Valium per day. Still having body aches too, especially at night but it may be that I am more active and muscles are hurting? I'm trying a beginners Yoga tape. Any thoughts on this much sneezing?

I think allergies are bad in some parts of the US right now, I'm in Minnesota and a lot of people are having that issue, might not be related to withdrawal.

could also be the nasty cold tat is going around. I finally after al my struggling with WD symptoms started to feel better, I was like, wow, I have my life back, then BAM, got that nasty summer cold, sick all over again, LOL, but it was much better because I knew no anxiety would be included with it.

Either it is from the WD, or a cold, either way it will elave soon, hang in,

hugs,
Lily

oh and congrats on your 23 days!! that is awesome!! great job!!
