Day 24 and going forward !

Hi all . Its me just giving you a little update . Well today I feel a little out of sorts . Not really sick but the anxiety . As most of you know I had a pre existing anxiety disorder . Can any of you tell me is this normal for what I was taking (3  10/500 a day 9 months ) or do you think it could be both the disorder and W/D`s ? 30 mg a day is a relatively small dose...9 months of use is not really very long in the world of addiction...i would think you would be feeling much better by now and that possibly this anxiety may be coming from another source...were u using narcotics for pain, anxiety, depression or for the high?  It is possible for someone with an addictive personality to get addicted at that dose...so i would stay away from benzos as u did get physically addicted i guess...many would not have at that dose...so it is a reason to be cautious with any addictive drugs....have u tried natural remdies like theanine, kava kava, exercise etc?

I dont know much about anxiety etc but i did just want to say...i hope you feel better soon and things get a bit easier for you.

I would also think that after 24 days the anxiety from opiates would be gone, or manageable s/p?.... Is there something going on right now to cause this??

I would try many things before getting on a benzo...I also have anxiety and i do take a benzo ONLY when nothing else helps....That reason is because i have detoxed off of benzo's and that is one "h ell"  I never want to go through again....

It was gone for years until the pills . Didn`t even take any AD`s  and I tapered also  ..Jim

My anxiety was gone by then. But i had tappered off also.

What caused your anxiety disorder before? and why should it be gone now?
