Day 3 detox from vicodin 1000mg 8 times daily

I'm feeling much better, yesterday was horrible, but i took 5-10 xanax over the course of the day, and i'm forcing myself to go get stuff for thomas's recipe, has anyone tried this and had great success? I added milk thistle and vitamin c to my diet awhile ago, that seemed to help. I'm also taking over the counter tylenol. just 500 mgs, over all i'm feeling more like myself and in control.

5 to 10 xanax is a pretty extreme amount to be taking.....you really should slow down on those. Be careful, xanax are addicting as well. You should really only be taking one or two a day. If you keep taking that much you will have to withdrawal from xanax....and that's even worse.

Congrats on day 3!!! You're almost through the worst physical part! I myself am on day 6 and it's getting easier! Honestly, the best thing I started doing was exercising right away! On day 2 I started taking short walks and from then on I began my bike rides again. I know it feels like you don't want to do anything, but that'll pass!

I'm sure you'll get some posts soon about the Thomas reciepe soon! I've read a lot of posts that have had positive results!

Just keep strong and congrats again on day 3!!!
