Day 3 hope is there

Hey everyone I am on day 3 felt really bad this morning when first awoke (anyone reads my journal entry you'll see the drama) I am feeling better though just can't seem to keep my feet from freezing and its like the rest of my body is sorta hot. I have been taking a the liquid multi vit and eating lots of banannas didn't fall asleep to easily last night and then still awoke around 4 but atleast I did get some sleep. I am just wondering could tomorrow be the turning point ya know after notorioius day 3 I am just so hoping its all smooth sailing from here as far as being physically sick, I know the mental challenges are here and are going to be a daily battle. Last night I was really feeling down and just real anxious this is just so hard, I just think I will be able to handle things better once I am physically feeling better. Anyone found that to be the case?

I know how your feeling.  Actually I feel a bit better today than yesterday.  I have no idea why though.  Maybe because I went cold turkey a month ago and then relapsed.  The entire rest of the month I spent trying to get best hour 24 but couldn't.  Then my dad and I made a pact that we would start this weekend.  Hopefully I will feel well enough to go to work tomorrow.

I remember day three when I ran out of hydros, it was like the bottom of the hill. Day 4 was my march upward, the aches and chills were a little less, and day five, even better. I am on day 5 of subutex withdrawal, and day 4 was the bottom of the hill for me. Today is a little better, so I am there with you!
We can hike up this damn hill together.! :)

Good luck to you!
