Day 3 of Suboxone

HI! I'm very new to this site and everything about it and I am very happy I came across it! I am on day three of Suboxone. my first day was 1/2 of 8mg when I got home from Drs, hour later another 1/2 of 8mg, then if needed I could take another 1/2 before Dr. appt in the AM. I did wind up takin the 3rd 1/2. At my appt the next day the Doc put me on 2 8mg tablets in the AM, he said he'd see me monday morning and that we may still need to make adjustments on dose since first 3 days are induction. I think that the Suboxone is absolutly wonderful!!! I have no care in the world to go out and get any "pills" (I was taking a very LARGE amount of percs).
My question is this: The past 2 days with the 2 8mg in the AM I feel like I'm "normal" again for 6 or so hours...then I get little nausea, hands get shakey, and I get little irratable. Did anyone else have this type of experience? If they did is it as simple as uping the does in the morning? or having a second dose later in the day? or does the feelin go away after few more days? I know that I'll have some unconfortable moments!  Is one of them?
Again, I am so so HAPPY I found this forum! I also know I some times ramble and my change of thought shows in my typing, I do apoligize. If anyone has any insight or anything they'd think might help me out during this early off period of gettin my life back send it my way!

I am so happy for you and the Suboxen.  I have readily anticipated being on this drug for pain relief for awhile, but I couldn't afford it at the beginning.  I am going to my doctor to be put on it on Wednesday, (THREE DAYS) and I am wd'ing pretty bad.  Stomach problems, rls, cannot sleep, etc.  But, I am so hopeful that this drug will work for me, I feel like this is the only thing left for me.   I've been on most recently norco's, stadol, percocets, Ultram, many many trips to the ER, etc.  Also tried the patch too for awhile.  I am holding out so much hope on this drug to be as good as my doctor says it can be for me.  Please let me know how you are doing.  I get scared reading other people's posts about the bad things that have happened to them with this drug, or it not helping at all.  I am so scared yet so hopeful!  Good luck to you!!!!!  I hope it all continues to be positive for you, and me both.

congrats on taking the first step....i have a little advice from someone who just tapered off sub and this is day 1 clean....dont look to sub to answer your prayers....look at it as a medium....get as strong as possible while taking subs....working out vitamins b6 b12 all that good stuff so when you are finally ready to stop the sub you are prepared bc you will go through wds from subs....i got on subs bc i was addicted to percs too...try not to stay on the 8mg if you dont have to and go down to 2mg or just break your 8mg down...trust me you dont need as much as you think you do...make a goal....a plan and let sub hold u up while you prepare for that but by no means let that be the end for you....look at it as a crutch until the mental part of you addiction has time to heal and then get off them asap...im not kidding...this is my opinion...i just went and am going through it now...use sub to get you to where you want to be....and then get off...congrats...
