So 11:00am begins day 3. Last night at 11:00 the runs set in fell asleep, woke up at 2:30 fell back to sleep. Seems like tge runs gave eased up somewhat, little trouble with sweating, but with each trip to the bathroom and sweat I'm saying poison in, poison must come out. I've actually gotten ip done laundry, cleaned the bathroom, done a few dishes, have moments I feel really strong and moments of weakness. I know I'm on my way out of the physical part, the mental is what I dread. I'm hanging in there!!

Congrats on Day3!!  Whooo Hooo!  Keep pumping the Gatorade, hot showers and baths for the RLS and creepy crawly's and have your Amino Acid Protein Shakes each morning.  They will help nourish you and keep your energy levels a bit more consistent.   Great job and keep up the great work!

Congrats on day 3.  You only have a few more tough ones ahead of you so stay strong.  Make sure to make your self as comfortable as you can.  You will need plenty of rest and fluids.  immodium helps a TON.  Im on day 15 and havent been hit with the mental yet, just still trying to get through the tiredness.  You can do this.  Let us know how you are doing!
