Day 3
Today is day 3 and i feel like ****. Is there anything i should take i feel depressed and have no energy. I took a kolonipin for the anxiety and going to take a hot bath. i will be back shortly....thanx soo much,,
JUst hang in there. Day 3 to half way through four was the worse time for me. I am on day 5 now and feeling a little better.
Remember that the choice to stay clean is yours. I will not allow a little pill dictate to me any longer.
